VanyaMaitreya is a conscious movement that celebrates the sacred bond between humans and the natural world. Rooted in ancient wisdom and ecological mindfulness, it invites you to rediscover your true essence through deep communion with forests, wildlife, and earth-based practices. "Vanya" means forest, and "Maitreya" signifies friendship—together, VanyaMaitreya reflects a path of inner peace, environmental harmony, and spiritual awakening.
The next Vanya Maitreya Program is here!
Vanya Maitreya is a free, residential, experiential program for nature lovers and seekers of joy. It runs one weekend every month at the serene QLU campus in Vikarabad, Telangana, India.
This two-day program offers a chance to serve Mother Earth through Vruksha Seva (tree plantation) and to experience personal growth and rejuvenation through meditation, practical self-help sessions, and wisdom sharing under the guidance of QLU founders Dr. Newton Kondaveti and Dr. Lakshmi Newton.
Over 6,000 trees have been planted through Vanya Maitreya programs to date. The program is led by QLU founders, Acharyas, and Sangha Maitreyas, with support from QLU team members and volunteers.
Note: Registration is free. QLU provides accommodation and meals during the program.
